Registration Deadlines

November 7, 2016 was the last day for advance registration.

Registration Procedures

Online registration is encouraged; however, delegates may also register by completing and returning a print registration form. All registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. If you have any registration related questions, please contact the SITC Registrar at SITC@showcare.com or +1 866-320-3203.

Registration Rates

Registration prices include continental breakfast, lunch and a light evening meal. Please note your registration classification to determine the correct program fees.

*Non-Member Students and Fellows-in-Training are required to provide proof of enrollment or a letter from a lab supervisor.

Multi-Program Discount

Register and pay for the 31^st Annual Meeting and save 10% on your registration for the New Cancer Immunotherapy Agents in Development, Workshop, or Primer. Discount limited to one program and is not applicable for one-day only 31^st Annual Meeting rates.

Guest Registration

Guest registration is available for those accompanying registered delegates and grants admission to evening receptions, but it does not permit attendance to scientific sessions. Delegates may register a guest during the registration process or guests may register at the SITC Registration Desk for a $200 fee. Badges for a pre-registered guest are provided in the delegate's registration packet. Society members or authors/co-authors of abstracts may not utilize the guest registration rate.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to +1 888-289-9844 or e-mail SITC@showcare.com. Requests must be submitted by October 12, 2016. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. All refunds will be processed after the programs; you will receive an e-mail confirmation. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after October 12, 2016. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing to SITC@showcare.com no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.
