Continuing Education Credits
SITC is pleased to offer opportunities for physicians, nurses and pharmacists to obtain Continuing Education credits for their participation in the 31st Annual Meeting, Workshop and Primer.
Jointly provided by the Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer.
Obtaining Continuing Education Credit and Certificates
Participants receive continuing education credits or certificates of attendance by completing the hard copy general Annual Meeting evaluation form and submitting it to the SITC Registration Desk or evaluation return boxes prior to leaving the meeting. If you did not submit a hard copy evaluation while at SITC 2016, contact SITC staff at Education@sitcancer.org to receive a PDF copy of the evaluation. Simply complete and return the PDF to SITC staff before December 13, 2016. Upon submission, please watch for an email from CEcertificate@pimed.com with a copy of your certificate approximately five weeks following the meeting.
For Pharmacists: upon receipt of the completed activity evaluation form, you will receive an email from CEcertificate@pimed.com within three weeks with a link and directions to submit your credit to the NABP CPE Monitor Service.

Accreditation Statement
The 31st Annual Meeting, Workshop and Primer have been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer. The Postgraduate Institute for Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Postgraduate Institute for Medicine designates these live activities, the 31st Annual Meeting, Workshop, and Primer, for a maximum of 13.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™, 5.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™, and 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™, respectively. Postgraduate Institute of Medicine is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
