iSBTc is committed to featuring the most cutting-edge science.  Regular abstract submission was available until June 21, 2010.  Late-breaking abstract submission was available until August 16, 2010.  All accepted abstracts were presented at the iSBTc 25th Annual Meeting, October 2-4, 2010 in Washington, D.C.

Guidelines for Contact Authors

Authors submitting abstracts to the iSBTc 25th Annual Meeting have agreed to the following:

• Serve as the contact author for all correspondence about the abstract and inform co-authors about its status
• Confirm all authors are aware of and agree to the content and data presented in the abstract
• Verify the abstract is accurate and that permission has been obtained from all relevant parties
• Verify the data presented in the abstract has not been published prior to the iSBTc 25th Annual Meeting
• Agree that abstracts submitted to the iSBTc 25th Annual Meeting are embargoed until September 23, 2010
• Agree that if accepted, they or a co-author will present the abstract at the iSBTc 25th Annual Meeting

Publication / Embargo Dates

Abstracts submitted by the regular abstract submission deadline of June 21, 2010 were published in the October issue of Journal of Immunotherapy, the official journal of iSBTc. This issue was released on September 23, 2010.

Late-breaking abstracts submitted by August 16, 2010 deadline were printed in the iSBTc Poster Abstract Book and will be published in a future issue of the Journal of Immunotherapy.
