Registration Deadlines

Register by October 2, 2015 to take advantage of early registration rates! The last day to preregister at the regular registration rates is October 30, 2015.

Registration Procedures

Online registration is encouraged; however, delegates may also register by completing and returning a print registration form. All registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. If you have any registration related questions, please contact the SITC Registrar at SITC@showcare.com or +1 866-320-3203.

Registration Rates

Registration prices include continental breakfast, lunch and a light evening meal. Please note your registration classification to determine the correct program fees.

Guest Registration

Guest registration is available for those accompanying registered delegates and grants admission to evening receptions, but it does not permit attendance to scientific sessions. Delegates may register a guest during the registration process or guests may register at the SITC Registration Desk for a $175 fee. Badges for pre-registered guest are provided in the delegate's registration packet. Society members or authors/co-authors of abstracts may not utilize the guest registration rate.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. You may fax your cancellation to +1 888-289-9844 or e-mail SITC@showcare.com. Requests must be submitted by October 2, 2015. A $50 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. All refunds will be processed after the programs; you will receive an e-mail confirmation. No refunds will be granted if cancellation is received after October 2, 2015. Special considerations will be given for health or family emergencies if requested in writing no later than 15 business days after the last day of the programs.
