CME Credits

SITC is pleased to offer opportunities for physicians to obtain Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for their participation in the 30th Anniversary Annual Meeting, Workshop and Primer.

Jointly provided by the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower and Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer in collaboration with Postgraduate Institute for Medicine

Accreditation Statement

These activities have been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower and Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer. The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation

The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower designates these live activities, the 30th Annual Meeting, Workshop and Primer, for a maximum of 12.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, and 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, respectively. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Claiming CME & Obtaining Certificates of Attendance

If you turned in the paper evaluation forms onsite, you will be receiving your CME certificate or certificate of attendance approximately five-to-six weeks following the conclusion of the program. Watch for an email from CE@annenberg.net with a link to your certificate and be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it come through to your inbox.

If you do not receive your certificate after this time, or forgot to fill out the evaluation form, please contact our accredited provider at contactce@annenberg.net.

The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower and Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) require instructors, planners, managers and other individuals who are in a position to control the content of this activity to disclose any real or apparent conflict of interest (COI) they may have as related to the content of this activity. All identified COI are thoroughly vetted and resolved according to the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower policy. The existence or absence of COI for everyone in a position to control content will be disclosed to participants prior to the start of each activity.
