Opportunities Still Available
to Present Your Research at SITC 2013!
SITC members and non-members alike have two different opportunities to submit abstracts and qualify for presentations at SITC 2013!
1.) SITC 28th Annual Meeting Late-Breaking Abstracts:
Abstract Submission closes Monday, August 26, 2013 at 11:59 pm PT.
- Up to four oral presentation spots available
- Those not selected for an oral presentation will have the opportunity to present a poster
- Accepted abstracts will be printed in the SITC Annual Meeting Final Program and Poster Abstract Book
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, SITC's official journal

2.) SITC Workshop on Personalized Cancer Immunotherapy Abstracts:
Abstract Submission closes Monday, August 26, 2013 at 11:59 pm PT.
- Up to three oral presentation spots available
- Accepted Workshop abstracts will be printed in meeting materials, available on-site the day of the program
- New and unique chance to interact with international leaders in the field of personalized immunotherapy and build connections and collaborations to spark new discoveries, interventions and applications

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who Can Submit Abstracts?
A: As long as all criteria is met, both SITC members are non-members alike are invited to submit abstracts for FREE in both the Late-Breaking Annual Meeting abstract submission categories and in the Workshop on Personalized Cancer Immunotherapy submission categories.
Q. What if I already Submitted an Abstract to SITC's Annual Meeting?
A: SITC's regular Annual Meeting abstract submission period is now closed, and authors of accepted Annual Meeting abstracts have been notified. If you have new data that describes up-to-date clinical trial results or novel basic tumor immunology, you can submit during SITC's Late-Breaking abstract submission period.
If you have submitted in either SITC's Annual Meeting abstract period or SITC's Late-Breaking abstract submission period, you are still eligible to submit an abstract for SITC's Workshop on Personalized Cancer Immunotherapy, as long as all criteria is met.
