Don’t miss the chance to save on your SITC 2012 registration! Early registration discounts are available to delegates and guests who register for SITC 2012 by the September 9 early registration deadline. Delegates and guests who register online after the September 9 early registration deadline will be charged the regular registration rate. Take advantage of lower rates and register today!

HOTEL DEADLINE – SEPTEMBER 24

Don’t have your hotel booked for SITC 2012? A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the meeting venue, the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel in North Bethesda, MD. Housing reservations can be made until September 24 however, space is limited and the SITC room block is filling up fast, so book today! Visit the SITC website at http://www.sitcancer.org/2012/hotel or click on the "Book Housing" link in this email for complete hotel reservation information.

A limited number of discounted rooms have been reserved for post-doctoral/students; to take advantage of this special offer, contact the SITC office. If you would like to share a room the SITC office can also pair you up with others attending the meeting looking to share costs. Please contact the SITC office to facilitate all shared room requests.
