Annual Meeting Abstract Submission Deadline Less Than a Week Away!
The abstract submission deadline for the SITC 28th Annual Meeting is quickly approaching! Abstracts can be submitted online until Monday, July 15, 2013 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Both SITC members and non-members are encouraged to submit abstracts and there is no fee for submitting. Abstracts will be reviewed by a committee and considered for a poster or an oral presentation during the SITC 28th Annual Meeting.
As a submitting abstract author you will:
- Receive free abstract submission (for SITC members and non members alike)
- Have the opportunity to present a poster or oral presentation at the SITC Annual Meeting and gain visibility for your research
- Have your accepted abstract published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer (JITC) the official online, open-access journal of SITC
- Be eligible if criteria is met for SITC Young Investigator Travel Awards or SITC Presidential Awards
- Share and discuss your science with more than 800 medical professionals, colleagues and luminaries in the field
- Have the opportunity to form potential collaborations and other networking opportunities based on your work

*Denotes a poster-only category. Abstracts submitted in these categories will be eligible for poster presentations only. However, abstracts submitted in these categories and noted as eligible for Young Investigator Awards will be considered for both poster and oral presentations.
