How do I book an exhibit booth?
SITC is currently accepting exhibit booth reservations. Last year's exhibit hall sold out, so be sure to book your booth before it's too late! Reservations can be made online here. Check out the floor plan for a list of exhibiting companies and to see which booths are still available.
What are the exhibit hall hours?

When can I book a hotel room?
You can start reserving a hotel room at any time. In order to guarantee the SITC hotel room rate, book before October 12, 2016. Be sure to make your reservations early, as the room block may sell out prior to the deadline. Click here for more information on hotel and travel.
How can I submit an abstract to be considered for presentation?
For information on abstract submission, including eligibility criteria and deadline, click here. All abstracts submitted to the SITC 31st Annual Meeting will be published in the Journal for ImmunoTherapy of Cancer, the official journal of SITC on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
What are the Associated Programs?
Prior to the Annual Meeting, SITC offers programming designed to educate attendees on topics related to cancer immunotherapy. The New Cancer Immunotherapy Agents in Development will take place Wednesday, November 9, and the Primer and Workshop will take place November 10. These programs are open to all attendees for an additional fee.
